Our products and services include, but are not limited to, our website, Sui Circle, our accounts, paid memberships, programmes, appointments, resources and online platforms.

1.2. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect your personal information.

1.3. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

2.1. Sui Socials may collect information about you from various sources. For example, we may collect information:

This may occur when you contact us, create an account, purchase a membership, make a programme or appointment booking, fill in any online or hardcopy form provided by us, or use any of our products and services. Such information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, physical address, company name, industry, messages sent to Sui Socials, programme/appointment attendance and history, payment history, as well as documents, photos, videos, audio and any other material submitted to complete programme or appointment tasks.

b. At Our Programmes Or Appointments

Data such as photos, video footage, audio recordings and screenshots may be taken during our programmes and appointments.

c. Using Online Tracking Technologies

We may use online tracking technologies such as cookies on some pages of our website at www.suisocials.com. The information that these cookies may gather and retain includes, but is not limited to, your preferences, Sui Socials account login details, shopping cart, and web page traffic data and activity.

6.2. Should we no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which we have collected it and retaining it is no longer necessary for legal and business purposes, we will anonymise, or cease to retain, and securely destroy documents containing any personal information about you.

7. Your Rights to Your Data

7.1. Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

a. Withdraw your consent, in part or in whole, to our collection, use, or disclosure of your data. This includes the deletion of your account, which you may do by contacting us. This also includes opting out of marketing communications, which you may do by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, the button in your account settings or by contacting us. By opting out of marketing communications, please note that you will continue to receive communications from us pertaining to other matters including, but not limited to, confirmation of purchases, membership expiry reminders, and reminders for upcoming events that you have booked.

b. Access your personal data that is in our possession or under our control, and request for access to information about how we may have used or disclosed it within the 12 months prior to your request.

c. Correct any error or omission in your personal data that is in our possession or under our control. Concurrently, we also rely on you to keep your personal data up to date, accurate and complete. Should there be any changes to your personal data, please let us know within a reasonable period of time. Where applicable, please update them through your account settings directly.

7.2. Unless otherwise stated, please send all withdrawal, access and correction requests to us at dataprotection@suisocials.com. Upon receipt of your written request, we will process and respond within a reasonable period of time.

7.3. If you withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your data, be it in part or in whole, we may not be able to continue providing some or all of our products and services to you. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Please also note that withdrawing your consent does not affect our right to continue collecting, using, or disclosing your personal data where required under applicable laws or in cases where consent is not required.

8.1. We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. In such an event, we will make the latest version available on this page.
