Sui Circle Community Guidelines
Last Updated: 1 October 2026
Sui Circle is a Singapore-based membership platform and programmes marketplace bringing together founders and professionals looking to develop their personal branding. The following is a set of guidelines that apply to everyone who uses our products and services. We seek your kind cooperation to review and abide by it so that we may build a safe and welcoming community.

1. Core Expectations

1.1 Everyone has the right to feel safe and welcome on our platforms and during our programmes. When you use our products and services, you agree to:
a. Treat all members, speakers and staff with respect and kindness, regardless of background, career stage, industry or perspective. Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect is not. Any form of abuse, verbal or otherwise, has no place in Sui Circle. This also includes respecting boundaries. If anyone has expressed a desire not to be contacted or approached by you, please refrain from doing so.

b. Focus on forging meaningful relationships and exchanging knowledge rather than selling to other members of the community. Building quality connections and learning how to monetise your online presence are the key objectives of Sui Circle. Do those right and the rest will follow.

c. Unless you have express consent, keep the personal stories, business information, ideas and other sensitive information that others have shared confidential. It is difficult to exchange ideas freely when you have to worry about every word you say.

d. Follow the law. This needs no elaboration.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1. When using our products and services, you agree not to:
a. Hard sell & spam. This includes mass messaging members and using member directory data for commercial outreach.

b. Harass, intimidate or discriminate against anyone. This includes bullying, hate speech, inappropriate comments, unwanted physical contact and non-consensual photography at events. This also extends to the content that you share. Do not share illegal, explicit, or otherwise harmful content.

c. Misrepresent yourself. This includes falsifying business credentials, personal branding achievements or your own identity.

d. Disrupt or otherwise engage in unreasonable behaviour on our platforms or in our programmes.

e. Collect, use or disclose another person’s personal data without their consent.

f. Engage in unlawful activities or act in a way that breaches our Terms & Conditions/Community Guidelines.
3. Safety, Reporting & Enforcement

3.1. When participating in any Sui Circle platform, programme or appointment, please exercise your judgement and take the same precautions as you would in any other public setting. While we will take reasonable steps to keep our spaces safe, your safety and personal belongings are ultimately your responsibility.
3.2. Should you encounter any breaches of our community guidelines or be subject to unreasonable discomfort, please inform a Sui Socials staff member or email us at report@suisocials.com. Where possible, please include relevant photos, screenshots and details. The identity of those making these reports will remain strictly confidential and every report will be handled seriously and carefully. Where appropriate, we will exercise reasonable effort to remove any prohibited content and any person or persons responsible for such offensive behaviour from our programmes. If you are ever in a position of immediate danger, please contact local emergency services immediately.
3.3. Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these guidelines have been breached, Sui Socials reserves the right to take appropriate action. Such actions include, but are not limited to, issuing formal warnings, restricting or terminating current or future access to our products and services, banning the offending individual from our community, as well as reporting to the relevant authorities.
